Facilitation these days is one of those trendy words that is vague enough to be able to cover almost anything.
Quite simply, at TIA, we believe that a Facilitator’s job is to make it easier for the group to set and achieve its desired outcomes. By providing non-directive leadership, the Facilitator helps the group achieve its objectives in the most appropriate and effective manner. Unlike a Facilitator or an ‘Expert’ the role is one of assistance and guidance, not control.
The TIA Facilitator has a number of facilitation ‘tools ‘ at their disposal to make the process of planning and exploring new ideas as effective as possible.
Some of the meetings we typically facilitate face to face or virtually include:
- Business Strategy and Planning
- Conferences
- Board Meetings
- Sales Strategy
- Team Effectiveness
- Strategic Meetings
